Rajma Masala is another favorite Indian dish that tastes great with rice. Boiled red kidney beans are fried with onion and tomato. Spices are added to make its taste yummy. It is one of the favorite among north India and slowly and slowly it is picking up through out the world.

Masala dosa is famous dish from south India, which has become popular through out the world. This dish is unique in the sense that it can be had any time of the day.

Seasonal vegetables are dishes that are popular in the season. Most of these dishes will have potato and one or more of seasonal vegetables as their ingredients. These are served with roti or paratha.
